المرحلة الخامسة :
استلام حالة واحدة و على النحو التالي :

1) Fill case sheet

2) Case presentation

3) Upper and lower impression for construction of a study cast

4) Trimming of the study models

5) Photograph the patient

6) Duplicating the cast

7) Design the appliance

8) Insertion of the appliance

9) One activation session at least

Lab 1 & 2: Basic principles of wire bending

Lab 3 & 4: Z-spring

Lab 5 & 6: Recurved Z-spring
